Handling Multiple Borrowers

IMXBroker can handle up to 10 borrowers on a loan. When creating a new loan or editing one that you've already posted, you can quickly add a borrower, delete a borrower that is listed, or review the details any borrower associated with the loan.

To add a borrower:

1. From the Borrower section of new loan or view loan, click Add Borrower. The fields in the Borrower section are reset to their default values and a message appears noting that a new borrower has been added.

2. Click OK. You can now enter the information about the new borrower.

To delete a borrower:

1. If you want to delete the borrower you are currently viewing, click Delete Borrower. A confirmation message appears.

2. Click OK. The borrower list appears. From here you can delete other borrowers or select a borrower that you want to review in the Borrower section.

To switch between borrowers:

1. Click Show Borrowers. The borrower list appears.

2. Click on the name of the borrower whose information you want to review or edit. The Borrower section appears with the appropriate information.
