You can post a loan with a minimum of information to receive quotes rather than lockable bids. This lets you post a loan sooner to see how the market is responding while you are waiting for more information from the borrower. To post a quote only bid, either use your LOS or the new loan section of IMXBroker. The following fields must be completed:
Appraised Value or Sales Price
Borrower's Social Security Number
Loan Type (ARM or Fixed)
Program Type
