The moment a bid is accepted, its status changes from open to locked. While it is locked, all other bids are rejected, identities of all the players are revealed to the winning bidder, and the terms of the winning bid are made available to all bidders. Early in the lock period, you need to deliver the appropriate documents to the winning bidder in order to close the loan as quickly as possible. While the loan is being processed, you probably also want to check on its status from time to time to make sure that all is proceeding as it should. And when the loan closes, you need to instruct the IMX Exchange to close the loan file and place it in the archives.
Click Check Bids to change pages in IMXBroker.
Click Accepted Bids. The list of all loans with accepted bids that have not been closed appears. To view the details about the loan, bid, lender, or borrower's credit report, click select the loan from the list and click the appropriate button.
