IMXBroker recognizes a three level organizational hierarchy that gives supervisors access to the information posted by their subordinates.
When you log into MyIMX and start IMXBroker, it checks your user profile to determine where you fit in the hierarchy.
Managers have access to all loan and bid information for everyone in their organization. They can perform any function on behalf of anyone in their organization.
Loan Processors have access to all loan and bid information for everyone in their group. They can perform any function on behalf of anyone in their group.
Originators have access to all information relating to the loans they post. They can accept bids, edit loans, and cancel postings only for the loans that they have posted.
If you are a Manager or Loan Processor, the Originator drop-down list appears in navigation panel to let you choose your identity when accepting bids or performing other actions on behalf of one of your subordinates.
