If you want to limit your activity to a particular individual’s loans and bids, select their name in the Originator drop-down list; otherwise select the blank entry. Show me.
Proceed as you normally would to retrieve loans and bids from the IMX Exchange.
If you decide that you want to accept a bid or make a change to the posting, make sure that the Originator field contains the name of the broker who initially posted the loan before you proceed with the action. If the Originator field is blank when you click Accept Bid, or choose one of the loan Loan Activities, you will get an error message noting that a broker has not been specified.
