When a loan is posted on IMX Exchange that you authorize for AU Scoring, it is submitted to Freddie Mac for Loan Prospector scoring at the same time it is made available to lenders. While the loan is being scored, a status of Pending appears in your pending loans list and the corresponding active loans list used by lenders to select loans.
When the scoring is completed, the status changes to Complete and the relevant LP Credit Risk Class, LP Documentation Class, and LP Purchase Eligibility scores are made available to you and any lenders who have registered with IMX Exchange to view this information. You are also given access to the LP Feedback Certificate for the loan.
In order for you to authorize AU scoring when you post a loan, you must select a lender from a list of LP-enabled lenders. While this selection does not restrict who can view and lock the loan, it does affect what happens after a bid is accepted.
If the winning lender is the same as the assigned lender (the lender you selected when the loan was posted), the winning lender can view and print the LP Feedback Certificate via IMX Exchange. If the winning lender is not the same as the assigned lender, you will need to include a printed copy of the certificate with the original file.
If after receiving the original loan file, the winning lender needs to rescore the loan due to data changes, register the loan with Freddie Mac, or to view the credit infile electronically, they can use the Loan Prospector Key from the LP Feedback Certificate for this purpose.
