Who Pays for AU Scoring?

Freddie Mac automatically bills you the standard LP processing fee ($20) when the loan is posted on IMX Exchange and AU Scoring is completed. There is no additional charge if you edit the loan and have it rescored when you repost it on IMX Exchange provided you don’t change the assigned lender. If you change the assigned lender, you will be charged an additional $20 processing fee.

Before you can use AU Scoring, you need to provide your Freddie Mac TPO (third party originator) number and password to IMX Exchange. If you have not already provided this information to IMX Exchange or you need a Freddie Mac TPO number and password, contact your IMX Exchange Broker Service Representative or check in MyIMX for instructions on how to register for AU Scoring.
