There is no need to open any other application to use AU Scoring. If you are already familiar with Loan Prospector, you will notice that some of the names of the fields in IMXBroker are different from the corresponding Loan Prospector field names. The field groupings and the order in which you enter information are also different.
Additionally, some of the required information is automatically calculated by IMXBroker and does not appear in any of the IMXBroker screens. Therefore it is necessary that you enter correct information in every required field, even if it doesn’t seem applicable.
Loan Prospector evaluates loans based on the information you submit. Because you are responsible for the integrity of the information sent to Loan Prospector, it is critical that you enter this data accurately. Use the information provided by the borrowers on their loan application and, if available, the contractual amounts printed on the purchase agreement. The information should be as complete as possible before you post the loan on IMX Exchange.
